Refund policy
The Find Refund Requests:
- To be eligible for a return, your items must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. The same condition your item was received.
- Refunds will be accepted 10 days from the date your purchase was received.
- Please include your packing slip/receipt with the return.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, which depends on the bank your card is issued. These could take up to 72 business hours.
-Sale pieces are final sale.
-Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. You may then place an order for the desired size. Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4120 Merry Lane, Quincy IL 62305, United States
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
