When will my order be delivered?

❁ All local deliveries will be delivered within 48 hours M-F.  Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays, will be delivered the following week.  (If you're needing something sooner, please reach out to see if accommodations can be made). There will be a local delivery charge of $4 for any orders under $50, any orders over $50 will receive free local delivery.  (Within a 3 mile radius of Quincy)

❁ Shipped orders will be shipped within 48 hours, M-F, with a max of three day shipping, using USPS or UPS.  A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order is shipped.  Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the following week.  There will be a flat $6 shipping rate for all orders under $74.99, all orders over $75 will receive free shipping.  

How to I place a return?

❁ All returns must follow the return guidelines to be eligible for a return. Please refer to the return/exchange details.  

Local returns can be dropped at Blush, M-F, 10-5. Please send me an email or DM and let me know you will need a return, and let Christine at Blush know you will be leaving a return. Notify me you have left the items, and I will then refund you in the original form of payment.  All credit card returns may take up to 72+ hours to process, depending on the bank.  If cash was paid, I will send the refund via Venmo. All returns must follow the return guidelines to be eligible for a return. Please refer to the return/exchange details.

How do I place an exchange?

❁ All returns must follow the return guidelines to be eligible for a return. Please refer to the return/exchange details.  

Let me know what you will need to exchange by email or DM.  I will leave the new items at Blush, you can then switch out the new items and leave the items that did not work. If there will be a refund, the difference will be refunded by the original form of payment.  If a payment is needed, the difference will need to be paid before the new items are picked up. An invoice sent through the website can be paid online.

What if I have a defective item? 

❁ Please let me know via email or DM and a refund or exchange can be made within 30 days of receipt of product.
